Getting Started

What You Need

  • Zoom Contact Center account (admin access required)
  • Eve account (contact your Eve representative to set up)

How It Works

  1. You authorize Eve to access your Zoom Contact Center calls
  2. Eve automatically processes every call that ends
  3. You get transcripts, insights, and organized call data
  4. No technical setup required on your end

Authorizing Eve

Step 1: Access Eve Dashboard

  1. Log into your Eve Dashboard
  2. Navigate to SettingsIntegrations
  3. Find Zoom Contact Center and click Connect

Step 2: Authorize with Zoom

  1. Click Authorize with Zoom
  2. You'll be redirected to Zoom's secure authorization page
  3. Log in with your Zoom admin credentials
  4. Review and grant permissions for Eve to access your calls
  5. You'll be redirected back to Eve with confirmation

Step 3: You're All Set!

Once authorized, Eve will automatically:

  • Process all new Zoom Contact Center calls
  • Transcribe conversations
  • Analyze call content
  • Organize data in your Eve dashboard

Using Your Call Data

Accessing Your Calls

  1. Eve DashboardCalls section
  2. Filter by Source: Select "Zoom Contact Center" to see only Zoom calls
  3. Search: Find specific calls by client name, topic, or date
  4. View Details: Click any call to see full transcript and insights

What You'll See

For each Zoom call, Eve provides:

  • Full Transcript: Complete conversation with timestamps

Getting Insights

Eve automatically analyzes your calls to provide:

Removing Authorization

Contact Your Account Manager

To stop Eve from processing your Zoom Contact Center calls, please contact your Eve Account Manager. Our team will handle the complete removal process for you.

What to expect:

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Confirmation: You'll receive email confirmation when removal is complete
  • Data Options: Discuss data retention preferences with your account manager

What We'll Handle

Our team will:

  1. Stop Processing

    • Remove authorization from Zoom
    • Stop automatic call processing
  2. Data Management

    • Export call data (if requested)
    • Delete integration data (if requested)
    • Provide data retention options
  3. Cleanup

    • Remove authorization settings
    • Update billing (if applicable)

Data Retention Options

When contacting your account manager, discuss your preferences for:

  • Export Data: Download all call data before removal
  • Retain Data: Keep existing call data accessible
  • Delete Data: Complete removal of all integration data
  • Partial Retention: Keep specific data types

After Removal

Once our team completes the removal:

  • No new calls will be processed from Zoom
  • Existing call data handled per your preferences
  • Authorization completely removed
  • Billing adjustments applied (if applicable)
